After a major battle with weight loss and gain, and a number of cookies I had a mild heart attack at the age of 30. I was told by my Doctor "You have 2 choices, 1st choice have weight loss surgery, 2nd choice DIE!!," I obviously picked the right one, on my surgery date I weighed 540 pounds. With the support of my family I have successfully lost over 300 lbs. Now through re-educating myself and becoming a personal trainer I have found a new love and happy place in my new body. I know for a fact that weight loss is not easy but when you hit that 1st goal and believe in yourself it can be done. So make that 1st choice like I did.

Tim is now a Muscletech sponsored athlete and with 14 years of training himself and others he has successfully made his presence known in the West Michigan Bodybuilding culture. There are no words to explain the love that Tim has for the sport. As he trains daily at a local gym sometimes twice a day he is always willing to help others improve their quality of training. For those reasons and many more that is why Tim is a major asset to Structure Fitness.

Staying active and lifting weights for most of my adult life, I enjoy every minute that I am on stage and helping my sisters in the industry. I will continue to compete into the national level and maybe some day to the professional rankings. Spending time with my husband Tim and our dogs, Petey and Ruby, is by far one of my most favorite things to do in my down time.
